Mandy is a Sports Dietitian Nutritionist in the San Antonio, TX area. Mandy received her Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Bachelor’s Degree from Southwestern University.

Mandy’s Experience

Mandy is the Sports Dietitian Nutritionist for the San Antonio Spurs and Austin Spurs and has over 15 years of experience working with athletes at the collegiate and high school levels.

In addition to being a Sports Dietitian Nutritionist, Mandy is the current Chair of the NBA Performance Dietitians group, on the Advisory Board for The Basketball Embassy, and is the past-chair of the San Antonio Mayor’s Fitness Council.

Mandy has been interviewed and featured in multiple media outlets, including: Health, CNET, Runner’s World, Livestrong, Bicycling, and Eat This, Not That. She is married and the mom of two active children. Mandy enjoys spending time with her family outdoors, especially at the lake.
